Time of departure: 12:00 of the current day according to local time.
Early check-in: from 06:00 to 14:00 is charged 50% of the apartment price for 1 settlement day, from 00:00 to 06:00 is paid in the amount of 100% of the apartment's price for 1 settlement day, according to the approved tariff, which is effective at the time of provision of services. Early check-in service includes: accommodation, breakfast, doctor's consultation.
Late check-out: from 12:00 to 18:00 payment is 50% of the price of the apartment for 1 settlement day, after 18:00 – 100% of the apartment price for 1 settlement day, according to the approved tariff, effective at the time of service. Late check-out service includes: accommodation and lunch .
When staying at the Hotel for less than one day, payment is taken for a full day, regardless of the actual settlement time, hourly payment is not provided.
Decreasing the number of days of stay in the hotel is possible with written application three days before departure. If this application is made by the Guest later or is not made at all, the Hotel will charge for the full value of the package of services for the day according to the approved tariff.
Additional Guests stay in the apartment is allowed at an additional cost according to the approved rate and subject to registration in the reception and accommodation service.
Tourist fee: Since January 1 , 2019 the size of tourist tax is set at size 0.2 percent of minimum wage in Ukraine for one adult person per day..
Refunds: in case of loss or damage to Hotel property, namely: an electronic card for unlocking the doors in the apartments and damaging the property of the Hotel, the guest is liable in accordance with the established procedure. There is no refund for missed procedures in the Medical center “AQUA MED” due to excursions trips, walks to the city and other.
